Individual Registration and Group Registration include all Wednesday, Thursday and Friday programming and social activities (including The Guggenheim), with the exception of the Awards Dinner Friday evening at Edison Ballroom, which requires a separate ticket. The Congress registration fee does not include Study Tour.

** The New York Media Innovation Study Tour is expected to sell out quickly. Reservations are prioritised on a first-come, first-served basis. Those reserving after the sellout date will be placed on a waiting list in the order of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Conference registrations are subject to a US$250 fee for cancellations between March 1 and April 15. No refunds or credits are granted after April 15. There are no refunds for the study tour after March 1. Conference and study tour substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Hotel room cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
