The INMA/OPA European conference takes place at the 4 star Park Inn hotel.

Attire

The dress for the INMA/OPA European conference is business casual. No Ties!

Hotel

There are many hotels across the city of Krakow. Be aware that during some weeks, hotels can get fully booked fairly quickly because of various events. So register for the conference and book your room well in advance via the conference registration form on this website.

Languages

The INMA/OPA European conference will be presented in English. There will be simultaneous interpretation into Polish, Russian (not all sessions).

Travel

Participants of the INMA/OPA European Conference should fly to Krakow International Airport. There are direct flights from many airports around Europe.

Registration fees and payments due

Registration for events must be in writing. Payment of the registration is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payment must be received by the early registration deadline to qualify for early registration prices; otherwise, the early registration fee is cancelled and the full price of registration will be charged.

Cancellation, withdrawal by delegate

Cancellation is possible in writing and will be accepted upon 30 days before the conference. A non-refundable handling fee of 15% will become due in this case. We regret that we will be compelled to retain the full participation fee for cancellations after this time. It is possible at all times to send a “substitute participant” on conditions that INMA are informed accordingly in writing in advance stating the name of the substitute person.

Cancellation of event

INMA can cancel the event for an important reason such as: in case of too few participants, cancellation or illness of a speaker, hotel closure or Act of God. In case of too few participants, cancellation can be up to three weeks before the start of the event. In all other cases of cancellation due to an important reason as well as in the event of necessary programme changes, INMA will notify the participants as far in advance as possible. In the unlikely case that an event must be cancelled, any paid registration fee will be reimbursed.
