INMA and OPA have put together the following list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) by delegates and their assistants putting together their travel to the INMA/OPA Outlook 2011 Conference:
1. Where is Outlook 2011 conference in Krakow being held?
The Outlook 2011 conference will be held at the 4 star Park Inn hotel. Most delegates will stay at the Park Inn hotel.
2. What are the dates of the Outlook 2011 conference?
The main Outlook 2011 conference will be held from Thursday, September 30, to Friday, October 1. On Wednesday, September 29, there will be a series of pre-conference workshops.
3. When should I arrive and depart?
Most delegates will arrive by Wednesday morning, September 29, as pre-conference seminars begin that Wednesday afternoon. Most delegates likely will depart by Saturday, October 2.
4. What is the hotel sleeping room rate?
INMA and OPA Europe have negotiated a special sleeping room rate of €100 (€110 for double use) per night per room (includes Breakfast, Tax and Wifi access). Fill in the hotel reservation section on the registration form to book a room at the Park Inn at this special rate.
5. What is the deadline to make hotel reservations?
The last day to make Park Inn reservations with the discounted rate is September 18th, or until the room block is sold out. We recommend making the hotel reservations as early as possible.
6. If I want to arrive early and depart late from the Park Inn, how long can I take advantage of the special INMA/OPA sleeping room rates?
Delegates can enjoy the special sleeping room rates for the Outlook 2010 conference from Monday, September 28, to Sunday, October 3.
7. What does Outlook 2011 conference registration include?
Delegate Registration covers all programming from Thursday to Friday, as well as two lunches, all breaks, and the Wednesday welcome reception and Thursday evening dinner. Delegate Registration fees do not cover hotel costs or travel costs.
8. Will there be simultaneous translation?
There will simultaneous translation to Polish, Russian, German.
9. What is the typical weather conditions in Krakow for October?
Average temperature in Krakow during the month of September and October average from 8 to 13 degrees Celsius.
10. What is the dress code for the Outlook 2011 conference?
The dress code is business casual.
